30 Words: Hope

Brightly colored petals,
Summer days long past.

The promise of hope;
Nature will bloom again.

A necessity in a world
Caked in ice and snow.

Don't just survive winter.
Celebrate!

The premise of 30 Words Thursdays is simple...
Take an image (preferably one you shot, or have permission to use).
Write 30 Words about it. No more. No less.

Share your link with Erin at Treasures Found.

Promise in the petals. That there will be warmth. That seeds are waiting their chance at rebirth. That spring will come again. This is so very beautiful and I love the filter you applied! Thanks for joining me in the 30 Words Challenge! Enjoy the day. Erin

Thanks for the much-needed reminder that spring will indeed come again. I do love many things about the winter wonderland but the bitter cold we've been having isn't one of them! I'm ready for real flowers, but I'll have to enjoy your picture of them for the time being.

What a beautiful bouquet of roses. The colors you've chosen tell a story of friendship, joy, innocence, grace and admiration. Lovely.

On the dreariest and coldest of days, sometimes that promise and burst of color is all there is to get us through the winter.
